It was established in Sep. 2004 by Fairchild and JSMC which was the major investor as the modernized enterprise with international management and processing models.

It occupied 13000 square meters including 3700 square meters purified meters with mainly 0.3 micron order in purification level. Over the years, completed after-sale service have been supporting to the clients all the time and build up the business cooperation with first class manufacturing environment, advanced equipment and technology.

There is a 5-inch chip manufacturing line with the 1.44 million capacity every year and the main product is wafer, MOSFET, Bipolar, FRD and SBD.
